    I vote for this, too. Why allow it in Word and not Excel? It used to be available until I updated to 365. Who wants functionality taken away in an update?

    This is to Gary Tweed. Thank you very much for the hint. It's almost perfect. I spent untold hours testing all sorts of options. It's a little different from the old way but much much better than Microsoft's new "improvement".

    My other beef is that I can't get used to the first page (which is what you are looking at when you open Print Preview) is not printed first. The last pages (which you don't see, may not be what you need printed, or is even gibberish, or work-in-progress, gets printed first (and quickly) before you can realize and remember what's happening.

    Is there any way to change that feature to always print first page first without any other input each time you print?

    Any ideas on that one?
