    Hi all! We have recently extended the list of supported sources you can refresh your Power Query queries from in Excel for Mac. In addition to refreshing your data from Text, CSV, JSON and XML files, you can now refresh your data from the tables and ranges in the current workbook, as well as from SQL Server database. For more information about Power Query features that are currently supported in Excel for Mac, please take a look at the following support article:

    It is certainly welcome to have more data sources added. But....it still leaves the support for transform and large file power pivot functionality missing.
    Please get Excel for Mac functionality equal to Excel for Windows in these areas.
