    Agreed that "keep the copy" should be disabled or there should be an option to do so. It's very short-sighted to not recognize that I might be doing copy/paste to other programs. Now when I copy something from Excel, modify the data in some other program, and then try to paste it into Excel there are "new" extra steps that just shouldn't be required. Very poorly conceived.

    When I change the clipboard by *any* program, Excel should recognize this and simply use what I just put there (as it always did), not what it's persistently "keeping". If I just put it there (i.e., on the clipboard) I probably want to use it - duh! Short-sighted people thinking they have a better idea.
