    Hey folks,

I am not seeing new recent activity in this space. It is possible you are seeing this less due to our on-going performance investments including in speeding up our grid rendering. Details on latest speedups are at https://aka.ms/excel-perf-improvements.

That said, if you still are experiencing this please provide specifics on your configuration and monitors… better still please send feedback about the problem from within Excel (go to Help > Feedback), which will include some diagnostics to aid our investigation.

    thanx,
    Prash

The latest build of Excel (1907) seems to have resolved the issue for me on my XPS 15 9560.

I am able to scroll using the touchpad without excel locking up.

What do we need to do to get MS to action this issue? It was initially reported in June of 2016 and it has been 2.5 years

I'd like to add that this issue started for me at least when office 365 updated to the new version of office (2019).

The specs for my machine are as follows:

    Dell XPS 15 9560
    i7-7700HQ
    16GB Ram
    intel HD 630/Nvidia GTX 1050
    4K screen.

Also experiencing the same issue on my XPS 15 9560 with the 4K display.

Excel is absolutely unusable from this issue. When will this be fixed?
