    Strongly agree -- new icons make it hard to find the command I want in my customized quick access toolbar.
    Throughout the ribbons and QAT, more of the old icons have colorful fills, whereas the new icons are mostly lines without any fills, and those that have fills are monochromatic. The multiple colors and fills make it much easier to spot which command I'm looking for on my customized QATs, which are filled to capacity.

    No, please don't. I use that icon for a macro that "approves" an item.
