    I have switched from Excel for Mac to running Office 365 on Windows (Surface Pro). On Mac I was able to use color emojis in my spreadsheets (which I use to print thousands of labels, here's a use example: files labels relating to Christmas all had Christmas trees on them, files relating to animals all had animals on them, etc., so it was easy to scan the shelves for themes) and now on Windows they are all black and white line drawings. They look awful and this is ridiculous in 2018.

    Also agree that the highlight needs to be more visible! I shouldn't have to hack together conditional formatting rules for myself and my colleagues on every workbook in order to see where we are on a sheet.
