    Thanks!

I simply cannot believe that MS removed the Date/Time picker control and STILL has no decent replacement? This is a really significant issue for anyone with or trying to code MS products for date/time functions. Unbelievably crazy to drop basic functionality and a real insult to users now stuck with forms that no-longer function at all without a decent work-around. Time to hunt hard for platform independent solutions it seems.

error bars are too hard to control! Default {1} is really unhelpful. If you've already got y-error bars no easy way to add x-error bars without resorting to VBA (viz too user-unfriendly). Should be able to easily and independently add/control custom x and/or y-error bars. While you are at it how about re-reviewing all the chart controls. Way better in Excel2016 vs previous, but still pretty unintuitive=bad for users who need these features all the time. All very/too clunky to control.
