    I had a similar problem. I tried unistall/reinstall many times. It was related the user profile. I created a new user profile on the PC and, even using the same O365 login, the X functions were working. Log on to your machine with a different/new user profile and see if this works.

    The issue is still not fixed, I have just abandoned the old user profile.
