My solution has always been to protect the workbook and add a button “Add two lines to table”. It runs a vba script that unlocks the sheet, adds two blank lines to the table and then relocks the sheet. Not ideal, but it gets the job done while keeping the mad clickers from messing up the sheet.
Thanks for the suggestion and for the support of this feature. If you meant to vote for the Data Form, which is different than VBA UserForms, please change your vote to that suggestion instead. From reading the comments on this one, it seems that some clarification was needed.
I updated the title and description for this one and we’ll continue to monitor for comments and votes.

Microsoft: Do you have an update of when we can expect Userform creation / editing in Office 2016?
8. The editor views still use Microsoft Windows style scroll bars with buttons at the beginning and the end of them instead of Apple's macOS style scrolls (please don't hate me if I say I kind of pref MS Windows style better)
9. While editing a macro, clicking the up button in the vertical scroll bar goes up one line as expected. Holding down the button should continuously go up, but does not. This is true for all buttons on scroll bars (vertical and horizontal).
7. If VBA Editor is open while I am in the Workbook and I switch sheet by clicking on one of the sheet tabs, the VBA Editor becomes the front-most window.
6. Control + Tab switches window names in the title, but does not refresh the screen (similar to #4 above).Anonymous shared this idea ·
