Huge ups for this. Why is this not standard? Isn't it a very basic feature of any spreadsheet anywhere? It's like Word only finding things on one page. It's like Google only finding things in Wikipedia. It's like Microsoft doesn't care and has put out an incomplete product.

Agreed! I'd vote for this, but there are so many other problems with Excel Online that I've already used them up.

When manually adding data across several columns the return key should select the cell in the first column on the next row.

e.g., Edit B3, hit tab, edit C3, hit tab, edit D3, hit enter => Return to B4 and start editing again. My current experience is that I "Return" to D4.

    Hello,

You can currently copy a chart from Excel Web and paste it into other office applications as a picture. We’re investigating expanding copy/paste from Excel Web to do more, so please continue adding votes if this is a feature you are looking for.

If you are working in Office 365 versions Excel for Windows and Mac, opening the workbook from your desktop applications will not lock the file for others.

Thanks for your feedback! We’re reviewing your suggestion. I would like to clarify: If sharing through SP the URL parameters are hashed. When a user edit an Excel file and copy the URL for sharing over email the user can choose to change the action to edit.
Remember, the more votes a suggestion gets, the more likely it is that we’ll do it.
