When you say that it opens a different size – can you give more info? Do you mean the application window is a different size (it shouldn’t be) or that the font sizes (zoom) are different? (again, they shouldn’t be)
Additionally, if you can post a video of what you’re seeing, that would be a big help for us.
If there is a problem here, it’s definitely something we’d want to fix.

I was forced to upgrade from 2013 to 2019 due to support being dropped in Oct for 2013. My entire business is based on SSs that need to be sized and positioned in specific places to support my workflow. I can’t believe that the latest version decides for itself the size and position of each window. I’m losing 10-15 minutes each day to set the size and position of each window... then have to repeat the process each day. I would be nice if the Excel development team actually used Excel in a production work environment. I’m not a programmer, so don’t feel comfortable writing macros, which I understand might be a workaround. Help!
