    I have worked with Excel since the "Lotus vs Excel" inception. I have always found Excel to be a powerful financial tool.

    However, the Office 365 has basically shut down Excels usefulness. i have tried every work around with no success to link workbooks. When you have several departments with their individual budgets and expenses, you need to be able to consolidate that data to one workbook, which will constantly update based on the changes with the source workbooks.

    How does Microsoft not know this is one of the most important features of Excel?
