I'm paying a yearly subscription fee, so why can't I get help?

tutorials may augment the help function.
Thanks for listening. What I currently do is look a lot at Excel is fun videos by Mike Girvin (see his YouTube channel). He has a very comprehensive way and an amazing array of tutorial videos that show you how to use a formula. It would be nice if you could collaborate with his team, perhaps add small comprehensive how to videos to each video as a refresher of how to use the formula's. Often I know what I want in a formula it's just the how to use it in each itteration of excel that's a challenge in each app before even getting started with the important work that is the rate limiting function in being productive with excel. It's something I'm missing often. I use excel regularly but not always on a daily basis and sometimes I forget how a formula works. A reminder how to would help a lot, for example by embedding a small video in the formula menu page for that video or providing a simple link to a how to video. I can recommend Excel is fun videos a lot.
I am missing a more comprehensive presentation of the forumula's in excel mobile. The current formula menu shows a clear view of the lists of available formula's and organised nice and tidly. But with the formula explatination it lacks substance to comprehesively start using the formula's. It would be nice for mobile if each formula from the menu had it's own mini preview window with a bit more text explaining how to use the formula's in excel and preferebly even provide a basic 101 video demo of how to start using the formula. The Windows 10 help for office mobile and certainly for excel mobile for windows 10 is certainly lacking substance and content on this matter. This leaves me as a user scratching my head and wasting time trying to dig deep in the submenu's of the internet to find what I need. I think it would be a service and more a productive value if a comprehensive small chunk of eduction of how to's to use excel formula's to get people started would be very welcome and a powerful tool here. Perhaps maybe even an extension to a microsoft excel live chat community for instant formula help/troubleshooting? Thanks.
