Hello again,
Just wanted to let everyone know that as of build 16.0.6828.1014 (available in the play store starting yesterday), Excel for Android now supports opening CSV files.

I have tried Excel app by Microsoft and also Microsoft Office app and they both work only if the phone has a internet connection. If no internet connection is available, they won't open CSV files. I needed to open CSV file specifically in conditions where internet is not available.

I want to do something like this on android. To show data on cells, instead of one cell separated by comma.

That is good news... but will that mean that I will be able to import CSV files into an existing IoS / iPad Air 2 excel spreadsheet (Office 365 subscription version)?
