Add support for Get & Transform (formerly Power Query)
Make Get & Transform (formerly Power Query) available in Excel for Mac (like in Excel for Windows)
We are pleased to announce that the first set of Power Query features are now available in version 16.29 and greater. At this stage you can refresh from text, CSV, XLSX, JSON and XML files.
Refer to the following blog post for more details:
I encourage you to try the new functionality and share your feedback with us via Send a Smile/Frown at the top right corner in your Excel for Mac.
Please make PowerPivot available for Mac.
Its a pity I cant use the same data models I have created for our clients that use ios.
Our clients think so as well. Come on MS, please get it sorted.

Is there any way to track the progress on this? I see this has been open since July 23rd, 2015, so we are about a year into this being "Under Review".
Companies will most likely move to other software solutions like Tableau that works on Mac if this is not supported soon.
I now have a client start using MacBook, and he needs to open dashboard reporting files created using powerpivot in windows.
To set the expectation right, can someone tell me when is the expected date of data model/powerpivot features in Mac?

PS: Where can we find where support for PowerPivot for MacOS sits in your development To Do's?
Where in your "Under Review" list?
Where on the updated status?
Where on ETA date?

Seriously this is silly. Please add functionality back

Please, are you kidding? I cannot believe that Microsoft is blatantly disregarding & disrespecting the needs of Mac customers. The limited functionality that exists within the 2016 office for mac programs is ridiculous! Either they don't have the capability (ah hem) or they just don't care. Seems like bad business ethics to me! Come on Microsoft, get with the programming, literally!!
the full power pivot for 2013 suite was to be resolves september 2013 its now june 2016
please resolve asap one click install we have wasted too much time going around in circles on the websites to find solution
Badly need Inquire, Power Pivot, etc. on Office 365 for Mac. Please make it happen asap.
PowerPivot, PowerQuery - badly needed
Fix the Mac version so it supports add-ins and has the ability to make API calls/pull data from databases.

It would be helpful if the Mac version of Excel could import data from Microsoft Access databases like the Windows version can.

We have a large Excel report that is an manager/executive dashboard exported from FileMaker Pro and is completely run using PowerPivot charts. Some of our managers are only on Mac, so for them this report which took hours to create set up, and get buy in, is useless
PowerPivot and Power BI, with office 365 for mac, and full online functionality (365) would provide the outcome that would be truly outstanding!
Sorprendente solicitud, nos pedis que pidamos algo que no tenéis...?
