Add support for Get & Transform (formerly Power Query)
Make Get & Transform (formerly Power Query) available in Excel for Mac (like in Excel for Windows)
We are pleased to announce that the first set of Power Query features are now available in version 16.29 and greater. At this stage you can refresh from text, CSV, XLSX, JSON and XML files.

Power Pivot and 64 bit. Without those I'll have to continue with vmware fusion.
Power tools all of them please
Add in all the Power Tools, just as are in Excel for Windows. Serious problem if you think the product without them is fully usable in a business environment.

this is the missing link. While I can perform most of the tasks necessary, it takes too many extra steps If the mac and PC versions have the same underlying "architecture", it's shouldn't be too hard to port power pivot over to Microsoft's bastard cousin...

Add power map. Or, at the very least, let people know that it's only available for PC so that your customers don't waste their time getting frustrated and angry that they can't find out whether it's available.
