Customize Touch Bar
Please add the option to "Customize Touch Bar" for MacBook Pro's. It's usually found under "View" in just about any other application, but unfortunately not within Microsoft Office products.
While Excel does have a set of standardized Touch Bar buttons, you can't change them to what you might use most often, rendering it fairly useless.
Apple has had a Touch Bar feature since 2016 so it's not exactly a new feature. I understand that Apple is a competitor, but please put the "Customize Touch Bar" feature into your products!
not having immediate access to f2 for cell editing while not connected do dock is very annoying, add an option to customize the touch bar!
Brilliant ideas! Would love the idea to have a way to customise all office applications in a similar way as way as it is possible at the moment for mail and safari

Yes PLEASE! It would help so much to be able to format cells and formulas with just a tap. Please Microsoft.
PLEASE let us customize the touch bar!! I love using the touch bar in word so don't want to disable the app-specific toolbars. But too often when entering a long complex formula in excel, I accidentally hit the 'cancel' icon in the touchbar and have to start again. So tired of doing so...

It would really be a terrific productivity enhancer to be able to program the touch bar for excel functions - especially for "no mouse" excel power users.
Agree that access to the F keys are incredibly important in excel and you can customize the touch bar to always show the Function Keys just for excel. I just set it up myself and don't know if their are downsides to doing this, but I know F4 works!
I want to have an F4 key in excel in order to lock cells reference instead of adding the $ signs. It's really annoying. Please cusotmize the touch bar
We have to re-arrange icons in touch bar for excel immediately
We should be able to customize our Touch Bar for Excel by now
