allow items in a cell to be buletted
add a Bullet Point Function, as is available in Word and Powerpoint? Pretty simple to understand why we are seeking such a function. We should be able to use bullets and numbers within the cell just like PPT and Word.

Can you explain what you mean? You are able to create bullet points, via insert and symbol... then obviously having to break the line in the cell with alt+cmd+return, but I am guessing you want them to add a Bullet Point Function, as is available in Word and Powerpoint?
