Needed to fix copy paste the tables from excel to outlook without border issue

With or without border, when copying workbook content from Excel into Outlook for MAC, the recipient of the email does not get some or all of the table if they use Outlook for Windows. This issue also applies to Word document text.
For recipients to receive the data I am sending I must attach the complete Excel or Word file to an email for non-MAC users to get the content. This is kind of a waste for large files if I only want to grab a small section of the file and paste into Outlook directly.
I have validated this issue with multiple Windows users. If I copy and paste from within Excel or Word for Windows, no issues occur. I don't always want to open a VM session of Windows to work.
