  1. Conditional Formatting (Blink/Flash) when value is TRUE

    Hi.. Wouldn't be it great to when we apply any condition formatting to any cell or a row/column instead of having a still color we can make it flashing/blink color. This can easily allow the user to identify the records.
    Criteria for flashing/blinking
    1. Number of Blinks/Flash
    2. Recurrence Blink/Flash
    3. Customize blink or not to blink upon opening the workbook

  2. Data Validation List able to work with Array Constants

    Please make the Data Validation List feature work with array constants.
    Like to be able to define a named Array Constant and use that in a Validation List. After all they are both lists and the Data Validation list works with a classic Named Array.

    Requirement scenario is to share a workbook across organisations and ensure consistent data entry or option selection without VBA, as VBA is often stripped/blocked at organisational boundaries. This would be a very simple and straightforward solution improving user experience and organisational efficiency.

  3. Excel 16.30 for Mac has a bug that inhibits the printing of comments at the end of the sheet

    Comments can be seen on screen as show comments or if print as displayed is selected then they print but overlay the spreadsheet. the option to print at end of sheet is available in the page set up but if selected the comments are not shown in print preview and do not print.

  4. touchbar

    I would like to easily highlight a cell with the touchbar but the color i most frequently use or even the "last" color used is not an option. I suggest you include whatever color is in the highlight/fill button be included in the touch bar.

  5. editar una tabla dinamica,

    cuando tengo un dato, por ejemplo: ALMERIA y lo cambio en la tabla por GRANADA, me sustituye todas las celdas por esta ultima y en lo sucesivo siempre que en la hoja de donde provienen los datos, aparece Almeria, me lo sustituye en la tabla dinamica por Granada.
    Como pedo anular esta instrucción,

  6. Make the formatting uniform to all Operating systems (windows and MAC)

    We have noticed various issues when an Excel file is created and then e-mailed to a Mac user. For example, certain cells do not stay highlighted. Also, when the Windows user sees a spreadsheet solely appearing on one page sometimes when myself (Mac user) receives it a Column or Row does not fit. Additionally, under page layout when select print headings this expansion of the sheet occurs. We have noticed various formatting issues and wish that the Excel program would be more consistent so that each user would have a similar view as well as experience using the program's lies.

    cannot modify excel forms in macro embedded spreadsheet. can change code but not the physical user form

  8. Excel 16.33 for Mac has a bug the prevents the display of cells that have been formatted as "Currency"

    When selecting a cell and changing the format to "Currency," the cell vanishes. The value is still there, however is does not display to screen. When re-formatting back to "Number" the cell re-appears.

  10. Fix Conditional Formatting

    When rows are inserted into a worksheet with conditional formatting, the cell (or range) references in the conditional formatting change. Fix the system so that the insertion of a row or column into an area covered by conditional formatting adopts the format (this part may already be the case) AND the formatting cell range reference in the Conditional Formatting dialog box does not get fragmented addresses; the range stays the same.

  11. Customized asset management - Gestion tailles personnalisées

    I sometimes use Excel documents with a special layout (for example: width 1000 mm x height 100 mm). With Excel 2011, there was no problem. the standard procedure of setting the paper size ("manage custom sizes ...") from the print window allowed to get Pdf files with the correct layout.
    With Excel 2019 (version 16.31 on macOS Catalina 10.15.1), custom size management does not work properly. The situation is abnormal and needs to be addressed.

  12. Protecting workbook from being opened

    It is preposterous that there is no mechanism to protect (all the sheets) in a workbook from being opened with one command. This is massive feature weakness.

  13. When will Excel for Mac bring back the shortcut for align right Command R?

    I was just reading complaints about this from 2017. Now we're at the end of 2019 and it's still not there, unless I'm missing something.

  14. Provide a CHANGE CASE button in the Excel tool bar (upper, lower,regular ...) like the one in Word

    Many of us use Excel not only to calculate but also to present tables and graphs. It would be VERY helpful if you could provide a CHANGE CASE button for the tool bar (and/or the Cell formatting menu). This feature existed for Mac in the pat (pre 2013) but has disappeared. It is VERY annoying. PLEASE PUT IT BACK!!!!!

  15. Repetitiveness in the process of a Time Trial Worksheet.

    I'm making a document for data consisting of time trials. However when Adding the time trials together, it has to be in a certain conditional format. And its inconvenient, repetitive, and time-wasting to put multiple 0s for everything to find averages, and sums of my time trails. ex. 0:04:32

    I feel this may be a quick fix. Would appreciate the effort.

  16. QuickKeys to Collapse/Expand Row- and Column-Groups

    Regarding the Grouping of rows and columns, there are Quick Keys to
    - Group Rows (Cmd-Shift K)
    - Ungroup Rows (Cmd-Shift J)
    - Hide/Unhide the "+" / "-" symbols (Cmd-8)

    But not:
    - Collapse Group
    - Expand Group

    If this can't be done with a Quick Key, could you at least publish a VBA command I could use in a Macro?

  17. what if we added a choice to transfer sheets from bottom to left side instead of column A?

    what if we can add a choice for users to transfer sheets from bottom to left side instead of column A?
    as excel user, I start using first sheet, then second one then third one then I find myself using high NO of sheets which makes finding specific sheet boring and frustrating. and if we have high NO of sheets, it will be harder even if I name the sheets

    but what if we had the ability to transfer all sheets from bottom to left side from top as they fill all column A and column A starts the next…

  20. Please add Note function to Office 2019 Home or Student.

    I need to be able to insert images (jpg or png) into a comment, and with the newer change of how comments and notes function, I am unable to do this when only having the comment option.
