The find dialog has an options button but it always opens with the options hidden. I literally always need to click that button to get to the options I need, or even to see which are currently set. Can Excel PLEASE remember that I clicked that button and leave options visible? Preferably between sessions too.90 votes
Hi everyone – I have great news about this request. The options will remain visible now, and Excel will remember so that next time you Find, it will show you the options.
Make sure you update to version 2106 (build 16.0.14131) or later and you should see the difference when you use the Find dialog.
On the Brazilian Portuguese version of Microsoft Excel (desktop and online versions), the "PROCURAR" function has a translation error on its description.
The "PROCURAR" function description text uses the word "LOCALIZAR" instead of the word "PROCURAR", causing an error because "LOCALIZAR" is also another function.
The description states that "LOCALIZAR" is case sensitive. The "LOCALIZAR" function makes no distinction. The more adequate use on this case would be: "PROCURAR" is case sensitive.41 votes
Thanks everyone! This function description was updated based on your feedback. [Carlos Otero – Excel Team]

We can hide several worksheets at once, but we can only show them individually.
Although the VBA can solve this issue with some lines of code, but it would be a great improvement if you add this capability to Excel as a build in feature.775 votes
We’re excited to share that this feature is now available for Microsoft 365 Subscribers. To get it, you should update to version 16.0.13525 or greater on Windows, or 16.45 or greater on Mac. It’s also available in Excel for the web.
If you are excited by this change or have comments for us, please let us know at Help → Feedback.
Make Excel obey the "scroll inactive windows" setting in Windows 10. Currently Excel will scroll when it is an inactive window, but it will not allow other windows to scroll when it is the active window. This makes transcribing data from a source that needs to be scrolled difficult.96 votes
Thanx for creating and voting on this folks!
You should see this issue fixed starting with the latest Windows 10 Preview 17133.73 build update on 4/10 (https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/03/27/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-17133-for-fast/) as well as latest Excel Monthly channel 1803 Build 9126.2152 update on 4/11 (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/mt465751.aspx).
Please let us know if you find this still not fixed with these builds (and later).

Add way to customize the appearance of the Ribbon such as the way it looked in previous versions, tweaking/modifying them, or creating ribbon themes from scratch.1 vote
You can customize the ribbon under File > Options > Customize Ribbon. There, you can create new Ribbons, new Chunks for existing Ribbons, etc.
Hope that helps,
