draw the circle around the cell
add feature that can circle the cell. highlighter doesn't work with B&W printer so need to draw the circle around the cell to be noticed

Checkout the Spreadsheet Assistant. That’s one of its features. And it can be assigned to the quick access toolbar for one click use. https://www.add-ins.com/spreadsheet-assistant.htm
