How can we improve Excel for Windows (Desktop Application)?

Fix problem with OneDrive links to other excel files

Links between Excel files and linked Excel tables or charts in PowerPoint don't work properly when stored in OneDrive. Please fix this, in order to take advantage of the OneDrive benefits.
