Money in Excel Capital One
Without being able to get my Capital One data in Money in Excel I can only get a small fraction of my finances. Either work with a data aggregator that plays nice with Capital One (not Plaid) or allow me to import my data manually.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Currently Money in Excel doesn’t support Capitol One accounts. We’ve shared your feedback to the apt team for review.
Thank you for using Money in Excel!

Appalling that this problem persists. I am using a Microsoft product, therefore it is Microsoft's problem. It is incumbent upon them to resolve 3rd party issues to make their products work, by whatever legitimate means necessary. Finger-pointing and a "not our problem attitude" are not acceptable resolution for offering an incomplete/defective product. Capital One is a major service provider. Please resolve this Microsoft! The customer satisfaction for Microsoft Money hangs in the balance.
When will Money in Excel support Capital One accounts?
Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this issue.
I am still not able to connect to Capital one credit card account in Money in Excel, and therefore not able to use Money in Excel to track my finances. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. thanks.

is there a timeframe or plan to have Capital One accounts be supported?
I cannot use Money in Excel because PLAID Requires a US Cell Phone and I use Google Voice (GV) as a US Phone.
General people and companies can call it or send it SMSs. However, PLAID requires a REAL Phone or Cell Phone :(
SO, Money n Excel NEEDS to do CSV Import!

I bought this software believing I could use it with major banks. Please fix this or give me my money back. I can’t even Import my own data and how to I track cash accounts.
The reason Capital One accounts will not work in Money in Excel is because Plaid is being used as a data aggregator. Plaid has been in a public dispute with Capital One since 2018. Other data aggregators have adopted Capital Ones security requirements but Plaid refuses to. This isn't a Microsoft or a Capital One issue - it is a Plaid issue. Although Microsoft should have chosen a data aggregator who doesn't hold a two year long public grudge.
Please add CapitalOne 360 banks.
Thank you. This answers my question about my bank. I'm shocked by all of this!!
Do you realy get paid by Microsoft for forwarding good suggesions for improving the usability of Ms Excel.
