Add Quick Parts Building Blocks to Excel
We receive RFI documents from prospective customers. These are in the form of questions in an excel workbook. A lot of these questions could be answered with a standard block of text. I can do this in Word but not in Excel.
What accreditations have you got?
What industry bodies do you belong to?
These appear in numerous questionnaires and the answer would be the same for each one. However, I have to type it each time or go to word and drop the quick part int a blank document to copy it across to excel. This is a good part of my work and I find it really tedious to keep having to do this.
