Please add an option in Excel to create custom Hotkeys (or Keyboard Shortcuts), for any function (or at least the most used).
In various editing programs (i.e Photoshop, Netbeans) you can create custom hotkeys and overwrite conflicts, create profiles, and reset to defaults.
Microsoft Word let's you do this, but Excel does not, Why?

I need some sort of keyboard shortcuts for at least all functions that are available from the ribbon menu. I do not care if they're predefined or if I can change them. If I have to, I can remap hotkeys with AutoHotkey but currently I have to send inputs with alt+h+... and then send arrow keys, which is tiring.
The ideal situation would be a menu where I can set my personal shortcut for a specific function.
Come on, it's 2020!
Some of Excel hotkeys conflict with other programs I'm using so I want to reassign or remove those keys. It would be great if we can fully customize all the hotkey just like in Visual Studio, which give you full control of every available commands.
