freeze top row
Normally, if I'm freezing the top row, I'm already at the top of the sheet where I'm looking at the row headers- no problem.
However, if you scroll down so the header row isn't visible and select freeze top row, it freezes the top visible row, not "row 1". This doesn't seem intuitive to me. If I'm further down the sheet and realize I'm not sure which column to be looking at, I'd prefer to freeze top row, and have Row 1 appear and be locked at the top of the screen,
If I want to freeze different rows, then I can always select the subsequent row and use freeze panes. Or, maybe add a menu item in the freeze panes drop-down, "freeze row 1" to distinguish it from "top row"

where is "freeze to row"?
