How can we improve Excel for Windows (Desktop Application)?

There is no way to "pin" a Javascript Task Pane Add-In on a specific Excel Document

There is no proper way to "pin" a javascript Task Pane Add-In (from the Office Store or from an organizatioal source) to a specific Excel File. This should easily be possible by saving an Excel File with an open javascript Task Pane Add-In. If this file is opened by another user, the taskpane add-In should be added (if not yet done) and opened automatically. If the Excel file is saved without the open javascript add-In, then it is not pinned to the Excel File. This should work in all plattforms: Excel 2013, Excel 2016 Excel for Mac and Excel Online.

According to this source (https://dev.office.com/docs/add-ins/design/automatically-open-a-task-pane-with-a-document) at least an auto-open event exists: but only (1) for the plattform "Office for Mac. Build 15.34.17051500+" and (2) if the add-in is already installed on the client. That`s by far not enough und too complicated!
