Add another fill option.
There could be two paint bucket icons so you could choose 2 different fill colors. That way when you are color coding data, you can easily use 2 colors instead of having to drop down and select a new color each time.
Would love this. Would love more than two colors (or borders, or border colors, or fonts)

-Sending macro-enabled workbooks in emails doesn't always fly.
-Conditional formatting isn't the same as actual formatting.

@aurion I do use conditional formatting, but a lot of the stuff I code is outside what I can do with the rules. I use it whenever I can though! @anonymous I need to ggole how to do this! It will make my life much better!
I should also have noted, you can have multiple rules and manage those rules to how you want them.
It also works for stuff other than numbers, such as text or dates.
Have you tried Conditional Formatting before? It's amazing for that sort of thing.
Select a range that you wanted coloured, click on "Conditional Formatting" in the Home tab and select what kind of rules you want, such as "Highlight Cells Greater Than.." and follow the prompts.
This could easily be done by building formatting macros for each color and putting custom buttons on your quick access tool bar.
