re-sizable "Select Data Source" GUI
When working with graphs/charts I'd like to be able to re-size the "Select Data Source" GUI. Fixed height means lots of scrolling.
I keep thinking they'll change this but it's been the same since what, the 90s? The dialog that appears for any / all of the "select data" operations is incredibly small! So small that the source data never fits in the box -- which you can't scroll. If you put the cursor in the field and use an arrow key to move the insertion point, the selection on the worksheet changes as if you chose the "pick on sheet" button then clicked and dragged (whaaaaaat?)...so the only way to move to a part of the data source that isn't visible (which is most of it), is to click & drag to scroll the field, but then it goes so fast it just zips to the end...no way to get to anything in the middle, and the weird behavior for the arrow keys is mind-boggling. Been using Excel for literal decades and STILL I try to use the arrows instinctively. I actually copy/paste this text out into notepad and edit it there, then paste it back...that would have been preposterous last millenium; it's inexcusable today.
Really don't understand why this popup isn't much, much, larger -- there's nothing keeping it from being as wide as the whole window, or multiline, or having a scroll bar, or accepting input in a normal way. It can still minimize if the user clicks the "pick on sheet" button, but why o why is it so small by default?!?!? This function might as well not even be there, it's so unusable!
Also the edit series box with 'series name' & series data inputs. Please god, why is this box not resizable when i may have hundreds of entries in there...
