How can we improve Excel for Windows (Desktop Application)?

Add a 'Write back from Pivot Table feature. I have developed this feature using VBA, it enables me to change a value on the pivot by a click

I can present my Demo for this cool feature

This is already supported in Excel 2010 and later when using PivotTables based on data from Analysis Services (or other write-back enabled OLAP providers).

Cheers,

Hi Sagi, Can you please share the demo you have created? I am too looking for a way to edit values in a pivot table and have it write back to the actual raw source and update the workbook. Will your demo work if it is pulling from a table though? I would like to implement this on power pivots.

That is a feature that I've always wanted in Excel. Are you willing to share your demo with the public? I'd like to see it.
