The Conditional Formatting Rules Manager badly needs the ability to be resized

The Conditional Formatting Rules Manager dialog box is far too small for modern display resolutions. It really should be a resizeable dialog, and should include the ability to resize column widths, so that the full length of complex conditional formatting expressions can be displayed and read without having to open them for editing.

    Absolutely - this is so overdue. Plus I seem to think that in the past we could at least resize the columns but that no longer works

    Come on guys, make this happen! I have so many rules and a tiny little "viewfinder". It's as if they started it, then forgot to finish.
