Count number of the data in one column which is bigger than the value of a cell in another tab
Currently, we can only make criteria in formula 'countif' or 'countifs' as a number, a comparison with a predefined value, a cell, or a word.
It will also be helpful if we can also make the criteria as a comparison with a cell.
tab 1 contains a lot of dates in one column
tab 2 contains any other dates in one column
We can count the number of the dates which is bigger than each date in tab 2 through this function.

I think that you will need to elaborate. It's not clear what you're getting at.
Your example is also unclear. You say that you want to count the number of dates in Sheet1 that are greater than all dates in Sheet2. If a date in Sheet1 is greater than the largest date in Sheet2, then it will be greater than all dates in Sheet2. Find the largest date in Sheet2 using the MAX function and store this in, say, B1. If your dates in Sheet1 are in column A, your COUNTIF formula would be:
