Create short cut for creating dynamic Charts in excel 2016

Create short cut for creating dynamic Charts in excel 2016.
The current process is long and not comfortable. in my opinion an easy way will make it a must.

This is how you do it in the old way http://www.criticaltosuccess.com/dynamic-charts-in-excel-resize-with-offset-function-named-ranges/

This has been supported for the last several versions of Excel if you use a Table as your data source for the chart.

    Thanks,

        Thanks
as far as i can see it has only implemented if you choose a full table and not a specific line.
[For Example i have created a table with 10 column and 5 lines and made a chart of the table. once i add a column or row the chart was updated, but when i changed my selection to one Row(drag the marked area accordingly) , adding a column did not update the chart.
is there a place where i can find the rules for this activity?
