missing date and time picker from excel 2013 and later....provide a patch to correct this issue!!!
provide a patch to re install the date and time picker in Excel 2013 and later versions.. The function was present in earlier versions of Excel but is now gone. There are some on line fixes that not everyone is comfortable in following. This seems to be a common question posed on line...maybe you could pay attention to what you end users are having problems with.
As a temporary solution, one can add the 3rd party date/time picker from Sam Radakovitz:

It works like charm, but it needs to be separately installed on every computer. This is how Microsoft should implement this feature, it's perfect.
They should ask mister Radakovitz if they can use it, copy-paste in the MS-excel code, pay the guy and done with it.
I've got something that works, based on stuff I tweaked from others.

Is there anywhere to find a download for the add-in? This is really missed.

I agree, that the microsoft restores the date and time picker in excel 2016. This function is very useful, when you need to create a macro with some criterials of date and time.

Leaving the date picker out of Excel 2013/2016 was as misguided a decision as was trying to eliminate the Start Button in Win 8.
