Is it possible to have red arrow goes up and green arrow goes down for conditional formatting ?
In the options of the conditional formatting, you can select arrows. The red arrow goes down and the green arrow goes up. Is it possible to have the color in the other way round red goes up and green goes down ?
I guess no one at Microsoft plays Golf, or track Error/Failure/Bug/Defect/Complaint rates?
Agreed! Need a green down arrow, looking for one now and have to do it manually. Would love to customize the icon for conditional formatting.

I agree with the idea of uploading/creating a custom image for conditional formatting. Yes, there are workarounds; and no, I don't use images very often in my spreadsheets - but it would be a logical solution.

If we could customize the icons, as Ken mentioned, it would pretty much solve this problem too. :)

Agreed. This would be really useful for reporting expenses in an income statement. (Expenses are good when they are lower than budget, so the green arrow needs to point down.) Even better would be to allow us to upload our own icon pictures for use in conditional formatting.
