copying from pdf
When I want to copy a table from PDF, I have to first copy it to MSWord. Then I have to copy it from MSWord to Excel. If I try to copy a table from PDF to Excel, I get a column of values instead of a table.

In Acrobat, highlight your data, then right click and select 'copy as table'. then paste into excel. It's not always perfect, but its a lot better than ctrl-c/ctrl-v.
