Grouping in Password Protected Worksheet
It's frustrating that this still isn't possible without creating a VBA routine. It should be an option on the protect worksheet checklist.
Massively agree - the whole point of grouping, is to improve layout and readability of forms for end users. Useless if it is not usable within protected sheets (without using VBA).
VBA is very undesired for this because it requires a lot of maintenance for simple tasks / simple input forms.
There are already different propositions in this direction, please help us! I need it for work, you can't even imagine how much time I use to spend in useless activities like locking and unlocking every single sheet of the same cartel!
To me it stands to reason that with very big worksheets with sections it is useful to group, these would also be the very kinds of worksheets that would need to be 'protected' when shared with minions...
You could add grouping as a tickbox, so whether or not these groups are protected or not can be chosen...
