Voice command for performing excel functions.
Add a voice command feature to enable Excel web to write/perform standard actions in the cells while I speak . This will have added advantage for web users to make excel much easier to use.
For example If I say add Cell A1 and A2 and give me the result in A3. Excel should be able to perform this action with writing formula in A3.
or create a pivot table from my data table ABC in new tab.

Make higher hardware requirements for Excel.
Set the minimum requirement for installing and running Excel to be something crazy like an 8 Core / 16 Thread CPU or higher. Currently employers are getting away with buying 2 Core / 4 Thread laptops that perform worse than some mobile phones and require their employees to work on Excel sheets with 2+ million rows full of functions and add-ins. Making the minimum requirement higher, will ensure employees get the best possible workstation to perform the assignment.

Go Free and Open Source!
Hello Microsoft,
Are you suffering from millions of angry customers from a bug-ridden operating system and office suite? Are your products struggling with security and privacy concerns? Are your products banned in a certain German state? Are you expecting your customer base to be your beta testers? Are you vastly behind in the server and scientific computing market. Do you claim to love open source?
Try changing your Windows and 365 Office Suite license to a free and open source license!

Function in chosen language, not according to location
I use Excel and other Office web apps in English, however my locale is set up as Czech Republic which I would like to keep because changing account to a different locale that uses English means changing timezone etc.
My request is that functions language would either be based on selected language or there will be an option to select language specifically for functions.

Need to offer a simple, faster, and easier version of excel online. The annoying features are the slowness and its need to reload frequently

Instead of trying to "emulate"/"rebuild"/"migrate" features from Desktop, focus on framework for having the same build of excel available
Full title was supposed to read: "Instead of trying to "emulate"/"rebuild"/"migrate" individual features from Desktop in/to Excel Online, focus on framework for having the same build of excel available both via Desktop application and via Web Interface"
Keywords for this would be, for example, the following two (non-exhaustive list):
-Virtualization
-HTML52 votes -

Allow me to change regional settings: date formatting (mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy), thousands/decimal separators (period vs comma), formula language
Excel Online decides how to show dates and numbers and formulas based on where I live. I want to be able to choose how to display these Excel items. For dates, I might want mm/dd/yyyy, or I might want dd/mm/yyyy. My Excel formulas should be in the language of the application, and not based on where I live.

Be like Google Sheets. Literally.
That's it. Google's design, functionality, and reliability make it far superior.
