Data formatting could be made as easy as in Desktop excel. As we are very much used to mouse it will be better to have those functionality to copy paste & other functions. In simple words make Online version = Desktop version.

when multiple users making changes in Excel onine, a user's operation will affect others which means that users can hardly really edit file at the same time, is there any way to solve this issure?
Requirement: Let users edit Excel at the same time with their own filter update and one's change won't affect others.

This would allow for greater collaboration as multiple pieces of a project can be worked on in the same document without each users view being altered by one users filter.

Please add some extra feature like change history, please make undo redo function more efficient in system copy paste and excel itself

Currently in Excel desktop when you copy something to your clipboard the right click menu includes a Paste Special drop down menu, as well as icons for paste, paste values, paste formula, etc etc

In Excel online the only way you can access Paste Special options is the long way round on the Home menu. Can the Paste Special drop down menu be added to the right click (or better still the icons)?

Multiple text color in current excel online is unavailable.
The multiple color text will ease the editing & online coworking experience, especially in emphasizing a point without turning everything into the same color.
Really hope to see this improvement updated soon.

2 things: 1. allow the user to adjust page margins when preparing and printing the document;
2. Although Canada is a metric country (sort of), the default paper sizes are the same as the US. Canada does not use metric sized paper. Please adjust the default

The only problem while using the excel sheet is that multiple users cannot use it simultaneously

Provide a history log for excel and feature to revert back to that version of excel before it was modified

I'm getting the "Unsupported Features There are some features in your workbook that we can't show in the browser" message suddenly when trying to open our file in Excel Online.... Nobody has added any of those features to the file, and I can't seem to figure out how to check any of those compatibility issues :( Our whole project is locked up until we can solve this... Please advise ASAP

Currently the user has the option of choosing a fixed row or a fixed column, but not both. Would be nice to be able to freeze 1st row & 1st column at least.

Thanks Microsoft for providing Excel Online app . Wish this app allows to create and edit files as the default app for users who don't have excel full application.

This will allow users to use Excel Online as default app in windows and whoever wishes to have more functionality can choose (and will choose) Office 365 subscription or buy Office 2019 .

Allowing this feature will be benefitted by Windows Desktop Users i increase the Office Online apps userbase subsequently may subscribe for Office 365 plans

Excel Online needs to be able to have full Pivot Table functions - we need to use excel online for sharing in the team but are frustrated without the ability to drill down!
