Save as CSV
It would be great if you could add "Save as CSV" file format to the Save As feature.

Users should be able to Open and Save As in at least the following formats:
For our E1 Licensed users, they work with applications that only import and export data in .csv, .txt, or .xml formats. While it's great you can open a .csv in Excel Online; our users are unable to save their changes, export as a .csv, and import them back into the third-party application.
Inconceivable that this function isn’t available in Excel online or mobile apps. Need this function for mobile support with Powershell.
Provide export to csv format with options to choose what to delimited it (comma, colon...etc)
I can't believe how often I need this. My non-profit is on O365 web version and I have to convert files at home some times to bring csv into Salesforce.

It would be useful if Excel online offers a way to download a certain sheet using a publication url as same as google sheets has, i.e.:
Are you looking to access some of the data programmatically in a CSV format, or are you trying to export/save as the entire file as CSV?
Given the online spreadsheet URL: https://progresssoftware-my.sharepoint.com/personal/sbobba_progress_com/_layouts/15/WopiFrame.aspx?guestaccesstoken=JwXF0rgoNVjWo1tlOnGO1ZCse83x68EVsa9kyK2ZWhk%3d&docid=1dd2aea19b1c14f8ba7be170c8fd5ecde&action=view
How can I access that same data in CSV form? If I was using Google Spreadsheet, that would be be achived using an &format parameter.

Or have Office Online be able to recognize CSV files and open them in Excel Online by default.
