Make the keyboard shortcuts the same between Excel and Excel online.
In Excel hitting Ctrl Y on the keyboard is the command you can use to create multiple new lines in a spreadsheet. In Excel online the Ctrl Y combination means "redo" Making commands like this between the two would be helpful.

Thank you for voting and providing feedback on Excel Web keyboard shortcuts.
We’ve merged all shortcuts related asks into this one.
The Excel team recently added a set of Excel shortcuts to the web version. All available shortcuts can be found in the Help tab → Keyboard shortcuts.
In addition, with the new ability to override browser shortcuts, you can now use even more Excel shortcuts in this version.
We are still working to address your feedback, and we will appreciate if you can comment here which Excel shortcuts are still missing for you in the web.
Thank you,
The Excel team.

My submission was for Excel on iOS (specifically on iPad). It’s still missing keyboard shortcut to insert date and time (e.g. control + ;).

Opening Excel via SharePoint doesn't allow you to use CTRL + PgDn or PgUp between tabs like it does if you open directly from OneDrive.
A novel idea would be to make all the commands you can use opening an Excel spreadsheet in the normal way work if opened using SharePoint.

Since to add a row and column and to delete a row and column is a routine practise for any Excel user either it's online or offline. So, to operate data in a much smoother way or to enter data with ease we must need a keyboard short cuts for Rows and Columns Addition and Deletion

Excel shortcut keys are getting confuse with Browser shortcut keys. so I felt that Excel app is better than Excel Web.
If browser Shortcut keys are disabled while using Excel Web, then it will be more useful.

Shortcuts should work like desktop excel. For example Ctrl+Shift+L for filter, Using enter to paste while copying cells etc.

Yes, and the Ctrl+Shift+Alt+; for inserting the current date time from Google Sheet would be quite handy too.
