Add ability to open Online files with more than 10 MB
Add ability to open Online files with more than 10 MB and increase file size to 30-40Mb
The limit is too small, it is trivial.
@NC: Absolutely right!
An online version should be able to outpace a local installation due to the huge server power behind it. Therefore, any limits that are lower than those of a local installation are going to make the online version flop.
I mean, I do get it. I can see where Microsoft wants you to use PowerBI etcetera. It's smarter. I guess. But, I have seen where Google does allow you to import a 200MB + SpreadSheet and work it like nobody's business. It's amazing actually.

They are joking even you paid for subscription Home or Personal you cant view you files above 5MB
I think they force us to subscribe but even you subscribe you are still limited,

Limiting the size virtually excludes F1 users that do not have the offline app.
More functionality and ability to edit larger file sizes
I love excel nothin is very
Larger file size. 30 MB does not allow for a reasonable data model. It would be far more practical if Excel Online could handle 150-200 MB files without having to open Excel desktop.

My excel online file size is more than 5 mb. Alteast allow me to reduce the file size by deleting some unwanted rows and formats. Pls help and suggest how to proceed. There is some garbage in my file and I can definitely reduce. Also you should have given a warning , alert with file size so that I could have ensured the file size to be smal.
I cannot agree more, it is frustrating!!!

Excel online fails to load an excel if it exceeds file size limit. Please provide a workaround for users to access that file.
Update file size to continue using Box with 2 other departments; otherwise I will find another way.
I suggest 75 MB!
Pls make Excel Online to be able to allow files editing beyond 5MB size. Currently it does not allow any file to be edited if it is more than 5MB. This size needs to be increased to atleast 50MB
If the buggy online versions of office apps can't open a file due to a file size limit, don't present an error but automatically open the file in the desktop version instead.
Alternatively abandon the webapps completely. They are far from being production ready.

Can't believe that Microsoft limits file in Excel Online that are stored in Box to 5mb! This is totally unusable.
