clear "recent documents" list option
I want to be able to clear the "recent documents" list that pops up when I click on "Open" link. I noticed that even deleted OneDrive document files are still on the list. If it's not automatically recognized by the system, then the user should be able to delete the name of the file on the list.
You can do this already today, though you have to do it from within Windows Excel (so I’m leaving the idea open).
To do it:
- if you just want to remove one document – right click on the document in the MRU and choose “Remove from List”

this should REALLY be implemented to the web ui somehow. for those who show sheets on different devices where only the online version is available, this can be a headache. especially since the "recent" entries have no filter or any way to know if the files listed are still there. sometimes after moving or renaming a sheet, that sheet will end up having one entry in the "recent" list for every location it have been opened from. i'd give this idea all my votes
